Luna Bass – Artwork Meets Music

The Luna line of musical devices had been envisioned Yvonne de Viliers. Her concept was straightforward. She wished to produce guitars that had been comfortable, affordable, creative and distinctive! She said why cannot an instrument be more ergonomic. Her mom played electric bass for more than forty many years and she realized from her moms encounters that basses had been huge and heavy. She wished to change that.

Yvonne was an artist that labored in the stained glass business. She wished Luna guitars and basses to be more than devices. She believed they should also be regarded as works of art. She rapidly learned that designing the fretboard of the bass and also the guitar was precisely the exact same as her stained glass art. She could include everything that she realized proper in to the neck and bodies of the guitars and basses. These styles are gorgeous but she was not done. She also uses laser etching in a very henna art style on the precise body of the instrument. This produces a gorgeous design which is not seen on every other brand of instrument.

Yvonne believed it would be a great concept to encourage youthful musicians to produce their own styles. They came up aided by the Envision line of guitars. These come with a set of day glow markers that enable you to draw on the body of the guitar creating it really one of a kind.

You would think that with all of this attention drawn in direction of the creative facet of those devices that something would be misplaced in the sound or playability department but which is not the case. Luna guitars and basses sound and play great and there’s a whole slew of expert musicians that call Luna their home.
